Initial Data Entry Screen. Normally you will enter the same mortgage amount with different interest rates and terms. The program will allows you to enter two mortgages of different loan amounts, however screens two and three of this presentation will not have any meaning when the mortgage loan amounts are different. The screen requires that you to enter the loan with the longest term and lowest monthly payment in the left column as Mortgage One. |
