Ask: Your client to grab their pin - if they are holding the pin ask them to hand it to you - then hand it back a few seconds later. Say: 99% of the time this exchange will take place with your dominant hand. Ask: Did you learn this? Say: no it was not learned it is natural. This module is designed to help you understand your natural approach to these areas and help see your differences as strengths. When you encounter differences in my process you have a choice - you can value and seek to understand and communication will stay strong, or judge each other as week, become isolated and communication break down. As we uncover problems that need to be solved each of you will want to attack the problem differently. What about the changes that must take place and the pace at which change will need to happen?
